Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information through our payment processor (Stripe).
Email Data: Amphomite accesses your email through OAuth connections to your email provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook). We process email metadata (sender, subject, timestamps) and content in-memory to provide AI features such as triage and prioritization. We do not permanently store the content of your emails on our servers.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage analytics to improve the product, including feature usage patterns, performance metrics, and error reports. This data does not include email content.
Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system, and application version for support and compatibility purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process email triage, prioritization, and other AI-assisted features
